On-demand insurance — purchase, claims, billing, and incident management — priced off live vehicle activity, delivered by a team spread across three countries.

  • .NET API and React/TypeScript SPA covering purchase, claims, billing, authentication, and incident management
  • Real-time vehicle activity ingestion and billing on AWS: DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, and Lambda
  • Led a distributed team across Canada, the US, and Ukraine; planned epics with product and presented demos company-wide
